Reports of election materials being burnt in Esan Central LGA were sent for verification to CDD.
CDD War Room contacted our Soldiers of Mouth on the ground who confirmed that the incident happened at Ward 4, unit 10 Esan Central LGA in Edo state.
They further explained that the incident happened in the evening of voting day. The incident follows reports of vote buying and few incidents of thuggery during the September 21, 2024 elections in Edo state.
